FAQ
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. New signups get a 14-day free trial on Basic. No credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro, Agency, or Enterprise anytime from the Billing page.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. From your dashboard, go to Billing to upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle for downgrades.
- What counts as a location?
- Each business location you connect (Google, Facebook, or Yelp) counts as one location. A single physical store with a GBP listing and a Yelp listing is still one location if they reference the same place.
- How do I cancel?
- Go to Billing and click Cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
- How does Yelp work in GoodRep?
- Yelp connects through Yelp’s Fusion API. GoodRep can import up to the three most recent reviews per business location (that’s what Yelp exposes in this API). Posting replies to Yelp from GoodRep is not available yet. Respond on Yelp directly. Google and Facebook support fuller review history and posting replies from GoodRep after you approve.
