GoodRepHow to Connect Yelp to GoodRep: Step by Step for Beginners
This guide assumes you already have a GoodRep account. Yelp is added inside GoodRep by business URL or id, not with the same “Connect” OAuth button used for Google or Facebook. Once added, Yelp stars and recent excerpts show in the same inbox as your other platforms.

What you need first
A claimed Yelp listing. Claim or create it at biz.yelp.com if you have not already.
Your Yelp URL or business id. On yelp.com, open the public business page. Copy the full browser URL (for example https://www.yelp.com/biz/your-business-name-city). The id is often the part after /biz/.
Add Yelp in GoodRep
Step 1: Open Locations
In the app, go to Locations at goodrep.io/app/locations.
Step 2: Add the Yelp business
Use add location or add Yelp (labels match the live dashboard). Paste the Yelp URL or enter the Yelp business id when prompted.
URL tip. Prefer a normal desktop link, not a shortened or tracking-heavy mobile share link, unless the form says otherwise.
Id tip. If the field wants an id, use the same slug you see after /biz/ in the Yelp URL.
Step 3: Save
Save the new location so GoodRep stores the Yelp link.
Step 4: Sync
Run Sync now on the main dashboard, or wait for the scheduled daily sync.
Step 5: Know what appears in GoodRep
Yelp’s public API only allows up to three of the most recent review text excerpts per business, plus summary rating data. That is not your full Yelp history inside GoodRep. It is still enough to spot new activity and stars next to Google and Facebook.
Replies. Posting to Yelp from GoodRep works only when Yelp Partner-style posting is available for your account. For many businesses today, open Yelp in a browser and reply there for full-length Yelp conversations. GoodRep remains useful to see Yelp signals in one inbox.
If something goes wrong
The form rejects the URL. Confirm the listing is claimed on Yelp, copy the address bar from a regular browser tab, and strip extra parameters if you pasted from email or ads.
Only two or three reviews show. That matches Yelp’s API limits. It is expected, not a failed sync.
