What is GoodRep?
GoodRep is review management software for local businesses and agencies. It connects Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, and Yelp so you can monitor reviews, draft and post replies where the platform allows, send review requests, and see analytics in one dashboard. Paid plans start at $39 per month after a 14-day trial on Basic with no credit card required.
Which review platforms does GoodRep support?
GoodRep integrates with Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, and Yelp. Google and Facebook support reading reviews and posting replies from GoodRep. Yelp appears in the same inbox with ratings and recent reviews; the Yelp Fusion API returns up to three recent reviews per business, not your full Yelp history. Posting replies to Yelp from GoodRep requires Yelp Partner access when available; otherwise respond on Yelp directly.
How does the GoodRep free trial work?
Basic includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can connect platforms, sync reviews, and use core product features during the trial. When the trial ends, add a payment method to continue on a paid plan.
Can I use GoodRep for more than one location?
Yes. Pro, Agency, and Enterprise plans cover multiple locations (up to 3, 10, and 25 locations respectively on current public pricing). Basic is designed for one location. See the Pricing page for the latest limits and features.
What are AI reply drafts?
GoodRep can suggest replies in your brand voice for reviews. You edit and approve before anything is posted. You can enable automatic drafts after each sync in Automation so new reviews get a starting response you still control.
Can I send customers a link to leave a review?
Yes. In the dashboard, use Automation and review request links to build flows for Google and supported channels. For Google locations you typically add your Place ID so GoodRep can generate the correct review URL.
Do I need to install software to use GoodRep?
No. GoodRep runs in the browser. You sign in, connect Google and Facebook with OAuth, add Yelp using your public business URL (and Partner flow when needed for replies), and work from the dashboard.
